Notes
More conservative users prefer "loda-", meaning "to float". I disagree because "to swim" is one of the 100 words in the Swadesh list and should have its own meaning. Inspired by Latin "nō" and Ancient Greek "νάω", which mean "to swim". The best metaphor I can think of is "to move in water" or "to water-move".
